Take a whale watching tour from Durban Harbour or head off on a safari in Tala Game Reserve – which excursion will you choose?
These are the two fantastic excursions that have been arranged for delegates to the World Whale Conference 2017, in Durban, South Africa.
Both excursions will be run on Saturday 24th June – prior to the start of the conference – and will give delegates a chance to see the local wildlife and environment and meet with other delegates.
Advantage Tours, a WCA Partner is hosting a whale watching tour from Durban Harbour to spot whales and other marine animals. Travelling on the 40-seater vessel, DA BOSS, delegates will be taken on a two hour tour of Durban’s marine waters on the look out for cetaceans, in particular migrating humpback whales which pass by Durban on their way north up the south eastern coast of Africa.
Aqua Tours, the official Tours & Transfers Company for World Whale Conference 2017, is providing a safari for delegates to head out to spot rhino, giraffe, kudu and many other land-based animals. Delegates will leave behind the hustle and bustle of the city and journey into the gently rolling countryside of the Natal Midlands to one of Kwazulu Natal’s best kept secrets, Tala Private Game Reserve.
Both of these fantastic tours can be booked directly with the tour operators by visiting the Excursions page of the World Whale Conference website.
